Who We Really Are

More than just a platform — we are a community

W99y started with a simple question: why should Malaysian users settle for a platform not built specifically for them? Overseas platforms often fail to understand local needs — from unsuitable payment methods and awkward interface languages to slow and unhelpful customer support.

That is what drove the founding of w99y. We built this platform with complete focus on the Malaysian user experience — from the language used and payment methods supported, to the types of games and sports most loved by local players.

Today, w99y has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognised online entertainment platforms, with hundreds of thousands of registered members. Yet our original spirit has never changed: we are here for you, not merely for profit.

"We believe every user deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience. That is the promise w99y makes to every one of our members."

The team behind w99y comprises experienced professionals in the technology, online gaming, and customer service industries. Although we operate in a digital environment, we never forget that behind every account is a real person who deserves to be respected and well served.

Beginnings
An Idea Born from a Real Need

A group of technology and gaming industry experts identified a major gap in the Malaysian market — no local platform truly understood local users. The idea for w99y began to take shape.

Development
Infrastructure Built from the Ground Up

The w99y platform was built entirely from the ground up with performance, security, and ease of use as top priorities. SSL encryption, FPX integration, and a Bahasa Melayu interface were all developed simultaneously.

Launch
W99y Introduced to Malaysia

The w99y platform officially launched to a warm reception from Malaysian players. Within a short time, thousands of members had registered and positive feedback poured in from across the country.

Growth
Product & Community Growth

W99y added more game options, introduced the VIP program, launched a mobile app, and strengthened the 24/7 customer support system to meet growing demand.

Now
Platform Trusted by Hundreds of Thousands of Players

With over 500,000 registered members, w99y continues to grow as Malaysia's top choice for online entertainment, driven by constant innovation and a strong commitment to user satisfaction.

w99y's Commitment to Malaysia
Our Commitment to Malaysia

Not just words — this is a promise we deliver on every single day

As a platform built specifically for Malaysia, w99y feels a greater responsibility than an ordinary international platform. We don't just provide a service — we build trust with the local community we serve.

Our commitment to Malaysia is reflected in many ways. The platform interface is available entirely in natural, easy-to-understand Bahasa Melayu — not awkward machine translations. Our payment methods are specifically chosen based on what Malaysians genuinely use in their everyday lives.

On the content side, we ensure the sports and games available reflect the interests and preferences of the Malaysian market. Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, badminton — all available for wagering, because we know that is what Malaysian players love.

We are also committed to protecting underage users and vulnerable individuals. The w99y platform is accessible only to users aged 18 and above, and we have a strict verification system to ensure compliance.

100% Malaysia Focused — Platform, language, payments, and support designed specifically for Malaysian users.

Active Community — Over 500,000 members playing, engaging, and sharing experiences on the w99y platform.
