w99y Betting FAQ

The most frequently asked questions from our players

Asian Handicap is a type of betting that gives a goal advantage to the weaker team to level the playing field. For example, if Team A is given a handicap of -1.5, it means Team A must win by at least 2 goals for your bet to win. It is hugely popular in Malaysia because it eliminates the draw option, making every match a two-way bet, and generally offers better odds than standard 1X2.

In general, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. However, w99y provides a "Cash Out" feature for selected bets, allowing you to claim your winnings or reduce losses before the match ends. This feature is available for selected live and pre-match bets. Check your bet slip to see if the Cash Out option is available.

Yes, w99y offers a variety of promotions designed specifically for betting players. These include a welcome bonus for new members, weekly reload bonuses, and special promotions for major tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup, AFC Champions League, and All England. Check the promotions section in your account regularly so you never miss an exciting offer.

Deposits via FPX and online banking are typically credited within minutes. Deposits via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet are also processed quickly. w99y processes your deposits with high priority so you never miss a betting opportunity while waiting for funds to arrive.

Yes, w99y fully supports Mix Parlay betting. You can combine multiple selections from different matches into a single parlay ticket to multiply your returns. The maximum number of selections per parlay ticket varies by sport and match type. The more selections you combine, the higher the overall odds — but keep in mind that risk increases along with it.
